Unfortunately, it can happen that items get damaged during transport. If it happens to you that your order is damaged, you can report this by means of the return form. We will then replace the items as soon as possible. You can fill in the return form and send it to us or send it to us by e-mail.

You can also submit your return by logging in and going to 'My account', click on 'My orders'. You can view the details of the order in question and choose which of the ordered items you would like to return. You can also indicate the reason for the return.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.50 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To to inquire about a return:

2. Select the order from which you wish to return an item by clicking on "Details".
3. Select the products you wish to return by checking the box next to the name(s).
4. Add the quantity to be returned (in case more than one product needs to be returned).
5. (optional) In the "Returning Merchandise" section, add an explanation to help the store team better understand why you want to return this product.
6. Click on "Request return".

We will receive notification of your return and will send you an email with further instructions.
