If you have any complaints about Gitaarbouwwinkel, we recommend that you let us know by emailing info@gitaarbouwwinkel.nl. If this leads not to a solution, then it is possible for you to sign up for dispute mediation via WebwinkelKeur. Starting from February 15, 2016, it is also possible to file complaints for consumers in the EU to sign up via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

When your complaint is still not elsewhere in treatment feel free to post your complaint to deposit via the platform of the European Union.
