Gitaarbouwwinkel nitro cellulose clear coat lacquer - matte 500 ml.
The matte gloss has a contents of 400 ml.
Nitrocellulose lacquer has been used on guitars since the 1950s and 1960s because of its excellent properties. Forming a very thin layer allows the wood to resonate freely with little restraint. It can be easily repaired on site and shows a beautiful shine after polishing. Finally, the way this lacquer ages (cracks, yellows, checks) adds to the character of the instrument.
Only use this aerosol in well-ventilated, dry rooms with a temperature of at least 15 °C.
Aerosols produce a lot of fine dust, remove or cover all items that do not require lacquer.
Always wear protective clothing / gloves / glasses!
Shake the aerosol well (upside down) for a few minutes. Test the paint on a small piece of wood, metal, etc. Make sure the area to be sprayed is clean, free of dust, grease, etc.
Hold the aerosol vertically about 20 cm from the area to be sprayed. Move the spray can slowly back and forth and start spraying, maintaining a constant distance. When changing direction, release the pressure and reapply. Apply a thin coat of lacquer and wait 10 minutes before spraying the next coat. It may take several days for the paint to reach its maximum strength.
After use, turn the aerosol upside down and spray until only gas comes out of the nozzle. Now you can safely store it for future use.
